Mastermind Infrastructure was founded in 1999 by a team of PE-licensed engineers who saw the need for a firm that truly understood New York City’s unique engineering challenges — from the complexities of Manhattan’s subsurface geology to the layered bureaucracy of the NYC Department of Buildings.

Today, from our SoHo office at 101 6th Avenue, our team of 50+ licensed engineers serves developers, institutions, municipalities, and government agencies across the five boroughs, New Jersey, and Connecticut — delivering engineering solutions that are precise, code-compliant, and built for New York.
